Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile.  My name is Giorgia Brizio and I will be a class of 2027 graduate at Rye High School, in Rye, NY.  I started playing volleyball in 7th grade, and that year I began to play club. I have played club volleyball for 3 years, and I am currently a sophomore. I am extremely passionate about volleyball, and always put in extra hours, workout, or get reps with friends. I am committed to becoming a better player and learning something new every time I step onto the court. I believe that my drive and passion will take me far, and positively impact teams. 

Academically, I am a committed student who focuses on excelling in high academic classes. Each year, I take the hardest classes I can. I am currently taking AP world, Chemistry honors, and honors Geo/Trig. After graduating, I would like to study business or finance and I would love to play volleyball at a competitive, academically challenging, college or university. 

Outside of both school and volleyball, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two older sisters, and a younger brother. One of my favorite activities to do with them is to cook. I personally love cooking, as I find it is a fun way to be creative and spend time with others. My favorite meal to cook is pasta as I love to make new sauces to try! I also love listening to music, specifically Taylor Swift, as well as many other artists such as Noah Kahan, Pheobe Bridgers, and Billie Ellish.
