These rankings aren’t based on who has the best club team. They’re not based on who has the most followers.
They’re based on ...what I see. What my staff sees. What college coaches are telling us they’re watching.
16 years of evaluating talent. Thousands of athletes. Hundreds of college coaching relationships.
That’s what goes into this list.
Some names will surprise you. Some won’t.
If your athlete made the list — congratulations. That means she’s on our radar and she’s on theirs.
If she’s not on the list yet — that doesn’t mean she’s not talented. It means we haven’t seen enough. And that’s fixable.
Either way, this is the starting line. Not the finish.
Rankings change. Athletes develop. The kid who’s not on this list in February could be on the list by fall if she puts in the work.
