There is no tournament quite like the Triple Crown NIT. The only real downside of a tournament of that magnitude is it’s impossible to catch all the star-studded teams and talented players in action. We did our best to get to as many as we could and below we highlight those players who stood out to us with our tournament Show Stoppers.

Clara Briley OH A5 17-1 Calvin – A bit undersized on the pin, Briley is a relentless attacker with the ability to beat bigger blocks. The 3-star Cincinnati commit helped A5 finish runner up in the 17s.
Ella Florez S Pohaku 17-1: The 5-star Iowa State commit runs a fluid offense. She gets her feet to the ball, has great hands and delivers with accuracy.
Lynney Tarnow MB 1st Alliance 17 Gold: Tarnow – a 5-star Wisconsin recruit – is a force in the middle. She’s a legit game changer in the middle as she’s a physical presence on both sides of the ball.
Ayanna Watson OH Vegas Aces 17 Ren: Watson – a 5-star Pitt commit – can overwhelm opponents. She has no issues elevating and swinging over the block with ease.
Ella Mottola S WPVC 17 Armour Black: A 4-star Arizona State pledge, Mottola had her hands all over WPVC taking home a bronze medal. She’s a smart setter who doesn’t try to overdo and get too fancy.

Charley Moeddel MB Tri-State Elite 16 Blue: Moeddel is someone defenses need to keep track of. Tri-State loves going to her consistently when in system.
Tessa Larkin OH AZ Storm 16 Thunder: Larkin – a 4-star outside – has a lively, quick arm. She’s also a smart hitter who simply just gets the job done.
Chayse Courtney RS Vision 16 Gold: Vision held its own, with Courtney filling a valuable role on the right side. Her scoring prowess helped open the attack and keep the attack balanced.
Ella Olson OH Tstreet 16 Andy: A 4-star outside, Olson put on a show. All her skills were on display, from high-flying kills, to impressive defensive plays to solid passing.

Maia Raleigh S Madfrog 16 Green: Raleigh showed she can deliver consistently. On top of that, she can get her hitters involved with a variety of sets.
Rylee Jewell L/DS NKYVC 16-1 Tsunami: Jewell reads and reacts well. She’s relentless to the ball and did well keeping rallies alive.
Caitlin Carrizales L/DS TAV 15 Black Jason: Carrizales – a 4-star recruit – held it down defensively in helping TAV to the gold medal. She’s an all-out hustler who works hard and has consistent first-ball contact.
Josslyn Jacks OH Tstreet 15 Chandler: Jacks is a solid outside who helps her team more than just on offense. She has a lively arm and with her quick swing generates speed and pace on her shots.
Leah Stickney OH A5 15-1 Kelly: A5 earned the bronze medal. Stickney – a 3-star outside – was part of the success as a six-rotation outside. She’s a smart hitter who finds gaps in the defense and has a variety of shots to score with.
Sydney Whisenton S/OH Alamo 15 Premier: Whisenton is an integral part of Alamo’s success. She’s quick, athletic and her ability to set and hit fits right into what Alamo does.

Anaya Dela Fuente RS SG Elite 15 Rosh: A member of the Class of 2029, Dela Fuente has huge upside. She’s a high jumper who can get above the block and put shots away without trouble.
Ashlynn Proctor OH Wave 15 Brennan: Proctor was steady and reliable on the outside. She showed she can mix up her shots and keep the defense guessing.
Taimane Ainu’u S Ka Ulukoa 15 Larry: Ainu’u is a tall setter who runs a 5-1 with ease. She can make all the sets and with her height she can turn into a hitter in a pinch and provide a lift on offense.
Piper Pease RS Alamo 15 Premier: Pease is an impact right side. Her blocking adds a defensive presence to the front row. She’s also provides a lift offensively with her scoring strength.
Kari Knotts OH A5 14-1 Helen: Knotts is a next-level talent who not only plays much older but defies gravity when she goes into attack mode. She gets way, way up and there’s really no way for defenses to contain her as she’s simply too explosive.
Madison Middleton MB A5 14-1 Helen: A seventh-grader playing up, Middleton is another player who turns heads and makes the crowd go wow. She’s a highlight reel in the making in the middle and provides big plays on both sides of the ball.
Olivia Hayden S A5 14-1 Helen: Hayden is an athletic setter who does well turning off balls into sound sets. She can push sets across court and run quick tempo too.
Skye Lincoln OH Skyline 14 Royal Ryan: Lincoln has a whippy arm and can let it fly in the blink of an eye. She’s an electric outside who can get her team going.

Nariah Johnson OH Coast 14-1 Said: Another athletic outside who is quick off the ground, Johnson is a key sparkplug on the offensive side of the ball for Coast. Her speed is tough to time and her arm is legit.
Tessa Redmond OH Dynasty 14 Black: Redmond showed her smarts with her shot selection. When the big swing wasn’t there she was able to exploit holes in the defense and score that way.
Sahmone Wadsworth AZ Storm 14 Thunder: The outside position was deep in the 14s and Wadsworth is yet another left side who brought the heat. She delivered impressive kills and was someone defenses needed to key on.
Piper Hudson RS KC Power 14-1: Hudson is more than a lefty right side with a quick arm who scores lots of points. She can step in and pass out of serve receive and is a weapon with her serve.
Alaina McGuire S KC Power 14-1: Not only does McGuire dish the ball cleanly and move it around, she is a real threat to go on two and score for her team.
Lexi Coleman OH Legacy 14-1 Adidas: Coleman is someone to watch for. She’s a dynamic outside with a cannon for an arm and can light it up.
Taylor Alcott S/RS OT 14 Jody: Alcott is an up-and-comer. She’s a versatile player who showed she is a smooth disher when running the offense and a capable attacker when playing across the front row.
Hannah Beal MB OT 14 Jody: Beal provided power from the middle position. She’s a strong attacker who jumps well and swings hard.
Laci Martin OH Drive Nation 14 Red: Martin is one of the go-to arms for Drive Nation. She has a knack for scoring and did well swinging off the block or going high off hands.
