The Ann Kang Invitational – hosted by ‘Iolani – was one of the high school tournaments helping kick off the season this past weekend. Fourth-ranked Mira Costa CA defeated national No. 8 Cornerstone Christian TX in three sets, 16-25, 25-19, 15-11, to capture its second consecutive and eighth overall tournament title at the prestigious event in Honolulu.
